1. Perishable Nature of Products
Due to the perishable nature of our ube food products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for items unless they arrive damaged or spoiled. We take great care in packaging and shipping to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
2. Damaged or Spoiled Products
If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us immediately at info@filipinoubehouse.com within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the problem
- Photographs of the damaged or spoiled item(s)
Upon review, if we confirm the damage or spoilage, we will gladly offer you a replacement or a full refund for the affected items.
3. All Sales Final (Exceptions Apply)
Except for the conditions outlined in Section 2, all sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
4. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@filipinoubehouse.com. We can only accommodate cancellations if your order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

- We typically process and ship orders on weekdays to avoid weekend transit delays and ensure freshness.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Friday will be processed and shipped the following shipping week.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We primarily use Flash Express J&T Express for deliveries within the Philippines.
- For perishable items, we prioritize express or expedited shipping options whenever available to minimize transit time.
- While we strive for timely delivery, please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and the courier's schedule.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.
- We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, so keep an eye out for those!
4. Packaging for Freshness
- Your ube products are carefully packed in corrugated boxes to to protect your shelf-stable ube products from physical damage during transit and ensure freshness upon arrival.
5. Delivery & Receiving Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery, this helps maintain product quality.
- We are not responsible for spoiled products due to missed deliveries or packages left unattended for extended periods.
6. Store Pickup
- If you are located in or around Tunga, Leyte, you may also choose our free local pickup option at checkout.
